Inspected by CVBS

A 1,004 room Vignette Collection hotel at the entrance to Dubai Marina, opened in November 2025 in a 377 metre, 82 floor tower that is the tallest hotel in the world. Its event space is small for a building of this size: two meeting rooms, Stratus for up to 40 and Cirrus for 14 around a boardroom table. There are three pools, one of them a rooftop infinity pool high above the Marina, and restaurants and bars through the tower.

It reaches shortlists as the bed base for a large incentive group or for delegates at a conference elsewhere in the city, since 1,004 rooms will hold a whole program under one roof, and for a board meeting or workshop where the view is the draw. What it will not do is a plenary or a gala dinner in its own meeting space: the largest published room takes 40.

What it suits

Good for

  • Large incentive groups that want every guest in one landmark building
  • A bed base for delegates at a conference held elsewhere in Dubai
  • Board meetings of up to 14 in Cirrus, and workshops of up to 40 in Stratus
  • A social program built around the rooftop infinity pool and the view

Look elsewhere for

  • A plenary or conference above 40 in its own meeting space
  • Gala dinners and awards nights, since there is no ballroom
  • Exhibitions or trade floors, since there is no exhibition hall

Where these figures come from, and why a dash is not a zero

A dash means the hotel publishes no figure for that setup. It does not mean the room cannot be set that way, only that we will not print a number the venue has not published.

Every figure is read from the hotel’s own meetings page, checked 24 September 2026. Never estimated, never taken from a directory.

Bigger rooms in Dubai

Ciel’s largest published meeting room takes 40, so a plenary moves to a dedicated venue, read on 24 September 2026. Each figure below is read from that venue’s own published material. This is not a survey of the whole Dubai market, only the rooms we checked to make sure nothing on this page overstates the building.

It opened in November 2025. A hotel this new can add or change event spaces and restaurants in its first years. Check the current meetings page before a program goes to a client.

Questions organisers ask

What size event can it hold?

Its published meeting space is two rooms: Stratus for up to 40, set for a workshop, a brainstorm or networking, and Cirrus for 14 around a boardroom table. The hotel publishes no floor areas or setup breakdown for either, and there is no ballroom.

How many guest rooms does it have?

1,004 rooms and suites in an 82 floor tower. That is enough to put a large incentive group, or every delegate at a city conference, under one roof.

What else is there for a group?

Three pools, one of them a rooftop infinity pool high above the Marina with Palm Jumeirah below, a fitness centre, a kids club and restaurants and bars through the tower.

Where is it?

At the entrance to Dubai Marina, in a 377 metre tower that opened in November 2025 as the tallest hotel in the world.

Capacities read from the venue’s own published material on 24 September 2026. Comparison figures read from each named venue’s own published material on the same date.

We do not see every room on every visit. Where we were not in a room, its figures come from the venue's own chart rather than from us. We do not rate or score venues and we do not publish rates.

Our service is free to you. We are independent of every venue we put forward, no venue is favoured, and your interests come first.
